Description
Reporting to the President of Morgan’s Inclusion Institute, the Inclusion Strategist will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies that advance disability inclusion across client organizations. Serving as a key liaison between the Institute and its partners, this role is responsible for designing high-quality curricula, training programs, instructional materials, and learning experiences that equip organizations to build accessible and inclusive cultures.
The Inclusion Strategist will also lead the planning and execution of specific client’s inclusion consulting engagements. Through consulting, training, and curriculum development, the Strategist will help organizations integrate universal design principles, strengthen ultra-accessibility practices, and cultivate cultures of belonging for people with disabilities.
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the Inclusion Institute’s learning strategies, curricula, and instructional programs.
- Develop engaging training content—including workshops, e-learning modules, guides, assessments, and resource toolkits that align with adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
- Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder interviews to identify learning gaps and translate them into effective instructional design solutions.
- Create and maintain learning pathways that support long-term organizational change and capacity building in disability inclusion.
- Serve as a primary facilitator for inclusion learning experiences, delivering high-quality presentations, workshops, and training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Coach and support client teams in implementing accessibility and inclusion practices using the Institute’s curricula and learning frameworks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned consulting engagements.
- Conduct inclusion assessments, audits, and landscape analyses.
- Prepare client-facing proposals, reports, recommendations, and presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop integrated training solutions and learning resources.
- Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for the Inclusion Institute to clients, partners, and external audiences.
- Maintain deep knowledge of ADA regulations, universal design, accessibility standards, and emerging research to ensure learning content reflects current best practices.
- Support marketing, outreach, and partnership development through thought leadership related to disability inclusion.
- Track project progress, milestones, and budgets, and generate timely reports for clients and Institute leadership.
- Evaluate training outcomes, collect participant feedback, and apply data to refine and optimize learning programs
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking learning strategist and disability inclusion practitioner with the ability to design high-impact curricula and lead complex consulting engagements. They will bring strong instructional design expertise, a deep commitment to accessibility, and the consultative skill needed to influence change across sectors.
- Demonstrated commitment to Morgan’s Inclusion Institute mission and experience designing inclusive, accessible learning experiences, programs, or environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, curriculum creation, or a related field, ideally within diversity, inclusion, accessibility, or organizational development.
- Experience in project management, client relations, or consulting.
- Strong consultative influence, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning materials.
- Proficiency with instructional design tools, learning management systems, and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, or related fields…
