The University of the Incarnate Word invites part-time faculty candidates to serve as Small Interactive Groups Facilitator for UIWSOM. The role guides and evaluates learners in routine SIGS sessions held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
Selected candidates complete SIGS facilitator training and uphold UIW ethics and policies. Responsibilities include leading groups of 8-10, providing reflections, conducting evaluations, and coordinating with departmental faculty to meet curriculum
