In this role, you will orchestrate the development of a hardware and software system through its entire lifecycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on Software Defined Radios and RF domain expertise, risk or opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the specific project. You will apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge.
You'll develop innovative solutions to complex problems and work without considerable direction. You'll mentor and may supervise other team members.

Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in signal processing, RF engineering, and programming languages such as C++, Python, or VHDL
- 3+ years of experience in SDR applications
- Experience with tools such as GNU Radio, USRP hardware, and SDR frameworks
- Experience with RF design, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization tools
- Experience with projects that integrate multiple types of technology, utilizing RF systems such as backhaul and transport
- Knowledge of RF principles, antenna theory, and propagation models
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems involving RF technologies
- Ability to present technical information to non‑technical stakeholders
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in project management or leading cross‑functional teams
- Experience with emerging RF technologies
- Ability to work across multiple disciplines, including hardware, software, and system integration for complex systems
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Master's degree in an Engineering field

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
