Position Purpose
The MEP Managers ensure the seamless integration and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects, managing all MEP-related aspects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and quality delivery.

• Design assistance, planning and quality control
• Commissioning management
• Reviewing and expediting submittals/approvals to ensure timely project completion
• Supporting PM and Superintendent to plan, organize, and supervise MEP trades

• Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, technology education or building construction/MEP, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction/MEP coordination
• General understanding of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes as they relate to construction projects
• Experience in mechanical and electrical construction/MEP areas
• Experience leading project coordination, design assistance, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in healthcare, telecommunications, data centers, or other mission critical markets
• Strong leadership and relationship skills
• Proven track record as an MEP Manager for related projects with MEP scopes
