A Mechanical Critical Facility Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing the complex mechanical systems in data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing plants. This role requires a strong background in HVAC and other equipment along with mission-critical experience and relevant certifications.

• Technicians must be proficient in the operation, maintenance, and repair of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH units, and air handling units.
• The ability to install, maintain, and repair minor plumbing systems, including pumps, valves, and piping, is required.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is necessary for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of BMS platforms like Niagara Tridium, Siemens, or Johnson Controls is crucial for monitoring and controlling environmental systems.
• Technicians must be able to read and interpret mechanical, plumbing, and electrical diagrams to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Proficiency with CMMS software is needed for tracking and documenting work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED or greater
• Applicants must have 6+ years' work experience including 3+ years of direct experience in a critical facility operation, such as a data center or hospital.

• Applicants identified as Mechanical shall have experience with chillers greater than 300 tons, boilers, or significant other mechanical experiences
