In HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group, you will help design critical infrastructure that supports the digital age and shapes spaces where people work, connect, and thrive.

• Model HVAC, plumbing, and associated control drawings and perform elementary mechanical design of ductwork and piping systems for healthcare, education, science and technology, federal, and water/wastewater under the supervision of a Mechanical Engineer.
• Route ductwork and piping and lay out HVAC and plumbing equipment in 3D model space.
• Conduct short‑term field assignments at client facilities to support project work as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Strong computer skills in Revit MEP, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.

• Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential.
• Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
