We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our San Antonio office. This role is mission‑critical as the team builds out the local market, with the opportunity to shape and grow operations well beyond current size.

• Manage complex geotechnical and construction materials testing projects
• Lead geotechnical investigations, scoping, proposals, budgeting, field investigations, lab testing, and analysis
• Develop practical geotechnical solutions and author comprehensive reports
• Balance technical execution with client engagement (initially ~60/40)
• Build and maintain client relationships across municipal and K–12 markets
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior engineers as the office grows
• Support business development, including identifying opportunities and contributing to marketing strategies

• BS in Civil, Geotechnical, or related engineering (MS preferred)
• 5+ years geotechnical engineering experience (7+ ideal)
• 3+ years practicing in the San Antonio market
• PE in Texas required
• Experience with municipal/K–12 clients preferred; CMT experience 1–2 years
• Strong technical expertise across earthwork, concrete, analysis, and reporting
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to grow a local office
