The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist 3 (Internal Audits) to join our team in San Antonio, TX .

Position Responsibilities:

* Conducts internal audits and assessments for comparison to applicable standards, procedures and criteria.

* Documents internal audit and assessment results.

* Reviews root causes and corrective/preventive action plans for adequacy.

* Tracks corrective/preventive actions to closure.

* Support activities to ensure the health of the QMS.

* Works under minimal direction. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* Experience with and understanding of the AS9100 QMS Aerospace standard.

* 5+ years' Experience working with and supporting the Quality Management System (QMS)

* 5+ years' Experience auditing to quality system standards.

* 5+ years'

Experience with Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions.

* 5+ years'

Experience with performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation.

* Experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership

* Familiarity with Boeing Process and Procedures.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor's degree or higher.

* Advanced knowledge of auditing principles, standards, techniques and practices.

* Experience working on Commercial and Military programs.

* Experience with FAA Conformity Requirements.

* Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA and/or Military).

* Experience working with ANAB-accredited QMS certification bodies.

* Experience with Data Analytics, Integrated Quality Data System (IQDS), Q-Pulse.

* Demonstrated analytical skills.

* Detail oriented.

* Demonstrated high level of dependability, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem solving skills.

* Customer focused ability to work independently or as part of a team.
