Задачи:- Write synopses and break them down into quest flowcharts
- Design quest chains and puzzles
- Design hidden object scenes, select the items to find, and balance their difficulty
- Prototype scenes and quests using AI tools
- Write dialogue and cutscene scripts
- Write specifications for artists and developers, working closely with the producer
- Experience as a game designer or narrative designer in the hidden object / HOPA genre
- Strong knowledge of the genre and its mechanics, including hidden object scenes, quest chains, mini-games, and pacing
- Experience writing synopses and breaking them down into quest flowcharts
- Confident use of AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT, for prototyping
- Experience maintaining game design documentation
- Ability to work independently
- English at B1 level or higher
- Russian at B2 level or higher
- Flexible start to the workday in the employee's time zone
- Regular performance reviews
