Job Description # Loss Prevention Representative
* Review and analyze reports identifying members with multiple client accounts (e.g., credit cards and delinquent loans).
* Determine risk factors such as payment history and delinquency status.
* Enter notes and updates into Salesforce and other internal systems.
* Perform administrative tasks to support the Loss Prevention team.
* Collaborate effectively with team members; no direct customer interaction required.
* Prior corporate or administrative experience
* Background in financial services
* Analytical skills for reviewing account history
* ** Salesforce** (system of record for member information)
* ** Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Dependable and detail-oriented
* Strong team collaboration
* Ability to follow processes accurately
