This position supports the Capital Markets team by managing the operational workflows that enable efficient loan sale execution and capital partner management. It's an ideal entry point for candidates looking to build a career in structured finance and capital markets from the originator side of the business.
Roles And Responsibilities- Execute loan locks across multiple 30-year mortgage takeout channels, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement
- Manage due diligence processes for warehouse facilities and long‑term loan sales, including support for the company's securitization program
- Maintain and update Vontive's loan level pricing engine to ensure accurate execution across all loan sale channels
- Support loan sale execution by coordinating with capital partners and tracking optimal placement for each loan originated
- Communicate with capital partners to manage daily funding needs and monitor warehouse line utilization
- Assist with post-loan sale processes to ensure operational accuracy and reporting integrity
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
- Bachelors Degree in Business (Finance preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Excel; experience with data management or reporting tools a plus
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
