We’re looking for a rising star in Finance & Accounting - someone ready to step into a key leadership role, modernize processes, develop the team, and help shape the financial foundation of a growing bank. This is not a "keep-the-lights-on" controller job. This is a build, improve, elevate, influence assignment.

You’ll work directly with the CFO and executive leadership to:

• Strengthen financial reporting
• Upgrade systems and controls
• Streamline processes
• Prepare the bank to scale
• Develop as a future leader within the organization

This position is based in our San Antonio Headquarters.
