Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in San Antonio, TX for a Mortgage Loan Officer. You will assist clients with loan applications, analyze financial data, guide clients through the mortgage lending process, recommend suitable mortgage solutions, and ensure compliance with all lending regulations. You will provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with underwriting teams and other professionals to secure home loan approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending and as a loan officer
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes and mortgage regulations
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in using mortgage software tools and financial systems
• State licensure as required by governing authorities
