Job Summary:
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide personalized recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future.
This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills; no specific finance background is required as we provide robust training and development for all new representatives.
Average income per advisor that has been here over 5 years: $500,000; top 25% is $1M; top 10% is $1.8M.
Basic Qualifications- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to assess needs of clients and recommend appropriate solutions
- Goal and performance driven
- Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking
- Computer/technical literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
