In this role, you will be the champion of our loan experience, preparing commercial loan and lease documentation in accordance with approved memoranda. You’ll check for precision, stay current on laws and regulations, and serve both our organization and our customers with integrity, caring, and excellence.

You are detail‑oriented, analytical, and thrive on continuously improving processes while ensuring compliance. You welcome challenges and collaborate effectively with loan officers, assistants, and upper management.

• Prepare Commercial Loan/Lease documents using specific approved loan terms that comply with internal bank policies, procedures, regulatory and legal requirements.
• Research various systems and sources to collect and verify information on commercial entity structure.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers and Assistants to compile required information for loan packages.
• Discuss complex loan packages with in‑house counsel and upper management.
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes.

• Self‑starter with strong customer‑service skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work while meeting deadlines.
• Multi‑task orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

• Experience in Commercial Banking.
• Experience in Commercial Loan and/or Lease documentation.
