Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Escrow Officer. This is a 3-month contract opportunity based in San Antonio, TX.

$25.00/hr - $25.00/hr

$25/hour to $25/hour. Starting rate of pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

• Provide support to the Escrow Unit by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
• Primarily perform the same duties as the Residential Escrow role, with the escrow process managed for large Commercial transactions, and assist in clearing title and preparing residential escrow files for closing.
• Assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service.
• Prepare documents for all types of residential transactions, such as wraps, assignments, and mobile homes, and work up simple closing statements.
• May provide work direction to other escrow support staff.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience as an Escrow assistant.
• Proficiency in more complicated residential transactions.
