Who

You Are

As a Residential Review Appraiser, your opinion matters. You will provide opinions of value on residential real estate within the requirements of bank regulations and professional appraisal standards. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.

What You’ll Do
  • Receive appraisal requests and determine the type of appraisal and report required based on bank regulations and the degree of credit risk
  • Review residential appraisal reports by independent fee appraisers and report findings and conclusions in written format
  • Order original and updated appraisals from fee appraisers; monitor status of orders, communicate with fee appraisers and bank officers to solve any order problems
  • Form a final opinion of value on the properties appraised
  • Attend related real estate appraisal courses, seminars and meetings for the purpose of maintaining current market knowledge of real estate values and appraisal procedures and techniques
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes
What You’ll Need
  • Licensed residential appraiser
Additional Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute
