Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician with a minimum of two years of experience providing aesthetic services in a medspa or equivalent setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skin consultations during cosmetic consultations, post-operative follow-ups, and in the retail spa setting.
• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, medical-grade chemical peels, dermaplaning, lymphatic massage, Microneedling, and more as trained and qualified.
• Lead skincare consultations and promote Skin Ceuticals skincare sales, achieving sales goals.
• Respond to leads and inquiries, check email, and answer phones promptly.
• Establish and maintain long‑term client relationships through quality skincare treatments and personalized follow‑up.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and organization, manage inventory, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and surgeons to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Work independently on scheduling, patient retention, and coordination between spa services and pre & post‑surgical skincare.

Requirements:

• Licensed Aesthetician with a minimum of two years of experience in a medical spa or equivalent setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and guide patients in skincare and skin health.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Ability to work well with a team of 5-10 staff members and 2-3 surgeons.
• Experience with Mailchimp or Constant Contact, social media, and CRM software preferred, or willingness to learn.
• Laser certifications, especially in Fotona, Lumenis, or M22, are a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
