• Perform Classic, Hybrid, True Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions
• Provide Lash Lift & Tint and brow services
• Educate clients on aftercare, memberships, and rebooking
• Deliver a luxurious and personalized client experience
• Uphold Deka Lash standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and artistry
• Stay current on lash trends and techniques through ongoing education

• Texas Cosmetology or Esthetician license or Eyelash Extension Specialist (required)
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Team‑oriented, dependable, positive attitude
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends (our busiest times)
