Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious salon apprentice to join our team of passionate professionals. This entry level role offers a unique opportunity to build your career from the ground up through personalized mentorship, immersive hands-on training, and exclusive in-house education. As an apprentice, you’ll gain technical skills, confidence, and salon experience needed to transition into a full-time stylist role.

Compensation: $13/hr

• Support stylists with client services
• Shampoo guests
• Fold towels
• General salon pick-up, sweep floors, dishes, clean color bowls, maintain color bar
• Provide excellent customer service
• Attend and actively participate in all scheduled in-house and training sessions
• Shadow tenured stylist and assist during services to learn advanced techniques and client care standards
• Engage with clients warmly and professionally, reinforcing a welcoming and luxurious experience
• Practice skills under supervision on live models gradually advancing toward full stylist responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have Texas Cosmetology license
• Passionate about the beauty industry with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Positive, proactive, and coachable with excellent attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
