Phlebotomist – Labcorp, San Antonio, TX

Labcorp delivers essential health information to clients and patients. As a Phlebotomist, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company while supporting continuous growth opportunities within the organization.

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other required screenings.
• Enter patient data accurately and promptly, including billing information and payment collection when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis; maintain specimen and patient logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Travel to additional collection sites when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred; proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable.
• Flexibility to work overtime and pass a standardized color blindness test.

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Additional hours and weekends may be required as needed.
