Our front desk team is top‑notch, and they work very hard to take care of our therapists so that it is easy to build your business at our location. And, we give all the supplies you need, continued education opportunities, and marketing provided. All we are missing is YOU!

- Design specific treatment plans based on the client's individual needs.
- Create an excellent experience for guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
- State licensing laws and regulations.
- Liability insurance (We provide at a very low discounted rate).
- Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre‑natal, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
