Certified Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitor

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitor (CNIM) located in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Arizona and South Carolina. The CNIM will be responsible for monitoring patients  neurological status throughout complex surgical procedures using advanced neuromonitoring technology. Duties include setting up and operating monitoring equipment, interpreting data in real-time, and providing immediate communication with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and surgical success.

The CNIM will also collaborate with offsite neurologists to enhance monitoring effectiveness and surgical outcomes.

• Set up and operate neuromonitoring equipment during complex surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients  neurological status in real-time and interpret data to support surgical decision-making.
• Provide immediate communication with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with offsite neurologists to enhance monitoring effectiveness and coordination of care.

• Certified Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitor (CNIM) credential
• Proficiency in operating neuromonitoring equipment and interpreting monitoring data
• Excellent communication skills for real-time interaction with surgical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a clinical or surgical setting, particularly with neurological procedures
