At Walmart Pharmacy, you will empower patients by sharing your clinical knowledge and working to the top of your license. You will be the frontline of patient care, dedicated to delivering quality and heartfelt service while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
• Counsel customers regarding healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmaceutical programs developed by Walmart.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and provide guidance to pharmacy staff on proper customer‑service approaches.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license required by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best‑practice implementation.
• Excellent ability to foster relationships with customers and partners.
• Adaptability and capability to cater to patient needs and address a variety of medical concerns.
• Enthusiasm for community engagement, outreach, and events.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
