We are seeking PTs who are flexible to go anywhere to our affiliates in 17 states:
Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

• Only travel within our Ensign affiliated Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute care facilities
• Excellent benefits with additional benefits including paid CEUs and license fees provided for each state practicing as a Thera Trooper within Ensign affiliates
• Have clinical mentorship as a new graduate and truly be part of each in-house team
• Use the same login for EMR and documentation software at each location, plus your own laptop

You will be part of Thera Trooper, Inc., an Ensign affiliated company and part of a group of independently operated skilled nursing facilities with long term care, post-acute rehab, and outpatient therapy.

• Effectively screens/evaluates patients within short-term and long-term rehab and opportunity for outpatient
• Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients within short and long-term settings
• Administers a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based upon individual patient needs
• Assesses patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the physical disorders
• Effectively communicates with the One Clinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers
• Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements
