Job Summary and Qualifications
The Administrative Director, reporting directly to the Associate Vice President and Vice President of Operations, serves as a key strategic leader responsible for driving excellence across Radiology Scheduling, Insurance Verification, and Central Medical Records. This role is charged with shaping and executing operational strategies that enhance patient access, streamline administrative workflows, and elevate service delivery. Through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous performance improvement, the Director ensures these cores functions operate at peak efficiency in support of superior patient care and organizational success.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence in radiology scheduling, insurance verification, and centralized medical records operations.
2. Identify and resolve operational challenges by partnering with departmental leaders to analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.
3. Establish and monitor departmental goals and KPIs, aligning objectives with organizational priorities and ensuring measurable progress toward operational excellence.
4. Deliver actionable performance insights by tracking key metrics and preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Direct day-to-day operations across all service lines, including workforce planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and service delivery, ensuring optimal resource utilization and patient satisfaction.
6. Champion employee engagement initiatives and cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-morale work environment that supports retention and professional growth.
7. Oversees quality control and implements necessary correction actions to ensure consistent application of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures pertinent to the Contact Center.
What qualifications you will need:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 5 years of progressive leadership in call centers, or direct health care operations or high-volume call center environments, with a proven track record of driving performance, managing cross functional teams, and leading complex service lines.
* Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
