Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00/hour

We are seeking a PRN Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our team at our outpatient orthopedic clinic!

In this role, you’ll treat various upper extremity disorders including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. Experience in custom splinting is required.

Our regional hand therapy coordinator will work with you to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

• Hand Therapy Program: Our national hand therapy program spans 32 states, with over 300 CHTs and 300 hand therapists across the country.
• Educational Opportunities: Take part in the National Upper Extremity (UE) symposium, national journal club, free local continuing education programs, national study group and additional certification courses.

• Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
• Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
• Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
• Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
• National registration and state licensure or registration required
• Previous, demonstrated marketing experience
• Solid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• CPR certification
• Valid state driver’s license
