Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Charge Entry Specialist to provide clerical expertise, ensuring all patients receive high-quality, efficient care. If you are passionate about supporting healthcare teams and patient care, apply now.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing charge documents for accuracy and coordinating with front office staff on billing issues.
• Entering charges into the practice management system.
• Balancing Charge Summary to tickets before finalizing charges.
• Extracting information from medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Identifying quality issues with registration and scheduling activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare coding, billing, or charge entry experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding preferred.
• Familiarity with third-party billing requirements and payment policies preferred.
