• Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Assist with mobility and transfers, safe ambulation
• Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and grocery assistance
• Companionship and engagement in client activities
• Document care and communicate with supervisors and family as needed
• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders
• Promote independence and dignity in every interaction

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving experience a plus — we also welcome new caregivers who are eager to learn
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient temperament
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client visits)
• Home Health Aide/CNA certification a plus (training provided)
• Passion for caring for others
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (not required — we train!)
• Clear background check and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a caring heart
