EVS Tech II - Housekeeping

This position may qualify for a sign‑on bonus.

Supervises ES technicians as well as department operations for a designated area(s) and/or shift. Oversees the cleaning of all areas in the hospital. Supervises linen deliveries, waste pick‑up and grounds maintenance. Orients and trains new employees and retains existing employees. Counsels employees for improving work habits and /or work performance. Oversees quality of cleanliness and takes action to correct poor quality.

Documents incidents, employee performance and other heavy equipment is accomplished as directed.

• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
  
  4 years of Environmental Services/housekeeping experience in an institutional environmental services department with at least 2 years of which were in a healthcare facility.

  Certified Professional Housekeeping (AHA)
