CHRISTUS Santa Rosa is seeking to employ an ENT specialist to their service line in San Antonio, TX. Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible, and possess a Texas Medical License prior to employment.
Community Need and Strategic Growth:ENT services are a priority in the region due to increasing demand and a shortage of providers. Currently, limited in-network ENT providers result in long wait times and many referrals to external providers.
To address this, CHRISTUS plans to expand its ENT team, aiming to grow from one to three providers over three years to meet patient demand.
Opportunity:This role offers the chance to join an expanding, dynamic team supported by a well-established healthcare system and a strong patient base.
