Registered Behavior Technician – Little Spurs Autism Centers
Pay range: $18.00 – $20.00/hr (Base pay; $300 sign‑on bonus)
Location: San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area
Little Spurs Autism Centers is looking for compassionate and energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team on an immediate part‑time basis. RBTs will provide play‑based ABA therapy, collect data, and work under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
Responsibilities- Provide play‑based ABA therapy on a 1:1 basis
- Utilize company‑provided iPad to collect data
- Work with encouraging and supportive team members
- Work under the supervision and support of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
- Current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- Pass a criminal background check
- American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date
- E‑Verify participant
- Enjoys working with children; eager to learn and bring a compassionate, energetic personality
- Schedules for RBTs are flexible and dependent on the clients being served
