A leading provider of autism services in San Antonio is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and is equipped with patience and compassion. Full training is provided, and you will need to be physically able to engage actively with children.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining a positive environment for children.
