Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join their team in San Antonio, TX
. The position is part of the Healthcare Business regulatory team supporting the spin‑off to the new independent healthcare company, Solventum.

Job Title

Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

Location

San Antonio, TX 78249

Schedule

Hybrid;
Monday‑Friday, normal business hours. Potential to work from home 1‑2 days per week depending on training progress.

Contract Duration

12‑Month W2 contract with potential for extension or permanent hire (no C2C).

Pay Range

$23‑25 per hour plus benefits.

Job Description
  • Provide regulatory certificate support to external customers, including ISO 13485 certificates, EC certificates, and Declarations of Conformity.
  • Support state licensing for medical devices and drug products by reviewing requirements and preparing supporting documentation.
  • Navigate Board of Pharmacy websites to gather licensing information, renewals, and applications.
  • Manage document flow, including mailing, receiving, and obtaining signatures from multiple locations.
  • Assist with other regulatory activities as needed to support the team’s objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree minimum; bachelor’s degree or higher in a science discipline preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working within a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Some regulatory experience with drug and/or medical device products preferred.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
