What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive revenue across the defined territory by nurturing existing relationships and building new accounts
  • Regularly visit healthcare practitioner (HCP) offices to achieve sales volume and established goals
  • Utilize CRM for pre-call planning and post-call notes for effective territory management
  • Conduct educational programs for HCPs and distributor sales representatives through in-person and virtual sessions
  • Analyze market data to develop strategies for promoting whole-food nutritional supplements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the health and wellness sector
  • Strong understanding of nutrition basics and sales data analysis
  • Proven success in product sales and territory development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably
  • Knowledge of natural products marketplaces and applications of SP Formulas
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop sales strategies
  • Polished presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
