OverviewThe MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well‑organized and safe hotels for our guests. The Breakfast Attendant plays a key role in delivering this experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hospitality throughout the breakfast service.

- Maintain guest satisfaction and collaborate with team members to achieve high scores.
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.

- Support all hotel events and groups.
- Utilize relevant technology and maintain phone etiquette.
- Keep all areas – front and back – clean, organized, and safe.
- Participate in pitch‑in cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces as required.
- Follow all operational checklists accurately and on schedule.
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with colleagues.
- Demonstrate a can‑do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional responsibilities.
- Sanitize breakfast tables after each guest departure.
- Set up the buffet area each morning according to brand directives.
- Complete the kitchen cleanup checklist after breakfast service.
- Adhere to food safety standards and local health codes.
- Keep the buffet area well‑stocked and clean until service ends.
- Guest satisfaction scores and intent to return.
- Management performance ratings.
- Spot checks, walk‑throughs, and guest reviews.
- Checklist accuracy and completeness.
- Preferred experience in hospitality or consumer‐facing franchise.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
- Handle pace and pressure in stressful environments.
- Effective listening, conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strict adherence to clock‑in/out policies and break times.
- Notice requirements for calling out of scheduled shifts.
- Stand or remain stationary for 3‑4 hours at a time.
- Operate computers, telephones, and other office equipment.
- Lift and transport boxes up to 25 pounds.
- Inspect details at close and long range.
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
