The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping Department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc.

+ Refined verbal and written communication skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.

+ Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

+ Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line, multitasking skills

+ Be willing to work a flexible schedule consisting of morning shifts on any day including holidays and weekends

+ Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift

+ Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skill

+ Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of previous hotel housekeeping and/or supervisory experience

+ Requires computers skills such as Excel and Outlook

+ Pre-knowledge of Hotsos, Opera and Colleague advantage would be a ideal but not required.
