• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets/work boards to Housekeeping staff.
• Identifies room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room on assignment sheets/work boards.
• Coordinates VIP service to ensure VIP's needs are met throughout the stay.
• Acts as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assigns rush rooms and rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb' list to Housekeepers as they occur.
• Communicates with Housekeep ing team throughout the day to ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time.

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
