Qualifications
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Knowledgeable in wine and upscale beverage service
  • Organized, flexible, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have open availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience in a hotel and/or restaurant
  • Must have intermediate computer skills and experience using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and have basic knowledge of local alcohol, labor, and tipping laws
  • Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified
