Responsibilities- Lead daily operations across multiple outlets with energy and precision
- Assist with scheduling, forecasting, and training to keep teams sharp and service seamless
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Knowledgeable in wine and upscale beverage service
- Organized, flexible, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have open availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience in a hotel and/or restaurant
- Must have intermediate computer skills and experience using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and have basic knowledge of local alcohol, labor, and tipping laws
- Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified
