The Monarch San Antonio, Curio Collection by Hilton, is a 200-room, 17-story boutique hotel located in the vibrant Hemisfair District of downtown San Antonio. The Houseperson supports the housekeeping department by ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and well stocked. This role is essential to deliveringa seamless and luxurious guest experience by assisting

Room Attendants andmaintaininghigh standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the property.

• Assist Room Attendants with cleaning, stocking, and preparing guest rooms to luxury standards.
• Replenish guest room amenities, towels, and linen items as directed.
• Collect and transport soiled linens, trash, and recyclables todesignatedservice areas.
• Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Clean, sanitize, andmaintainpublic areas, corridors, elevators, and service spaces.
• Support turndown service and special guest requests as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, guest requests, and lost-and-found items promptly and accurately.

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and discreet demeanor with guests and team membersatall times.
• Support housekeeping operations during peak periods and special eventsasrequired.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness andhigh standards.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic English communication skills;additional language skills preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
