Position snapshot: This entry-level position provides onsite assistance to guests attending concerts, sports, conferences, or entertainment events.
IN-PERSON HOSPITALITY ROLEThis is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.
A Typical Shift May Include- Greet attendees and provide directions
- Assist with seating, entry, ticketing questions, and venue policies
- Help resolve routine guest concerns
- Support safe, organized guest flow before, during, and after events
A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
