The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and light food offerings while delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment. This role creates a welcoming and engaging experience for guests through product knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized service. The Barista supports daily café operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence consistent with Monarch standards.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
• Provide attentive, personalized service while anticipating guest needs.
• Answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
• Make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary considerations.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally or elevate issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain a positive and engaging guest experience throughout every interaction.
• Prepare espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
