Position: Bilingual Hotel Human Resources Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Position Summary

The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator will greet all visitors, employees, and applicants while maintaining the day‑to‑day administrative functions of a highly active HR office. The coordinator acts as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain incoming calls, walk‑in inquiries, and special projects.
  • Coordinate certain employee‑relations events.
  • Assist with general benefit issues.
  • Oversee office environment and perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, HR databases, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support welcoming of new hires, maintain files, and provide support for the employment process.
  • Other responsibilities and projects assigned as needed.

Qualifications
  • Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills with literacy in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Experience with HRIS computer systems is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and at least 1 year of entry‑level HR experience.
