Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and execute full-cycle recruiting across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: candidate screening & evaluation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding support
- Create, review, and recommend job descriptions while managing processes and standards
- Perform candidate screening for technical and professional roles
- Strategize and leverage online recruiting resources, social media, job boards, and sourcing techniques to identify hard‑to‑find skill sets
- Act as trusted partner & consultant to hiring managers across disciplines; facilitate hiring decisions and advise on market conditions, compensation, and candidate experience
- Contribute to recruiting policy development and best practices
- Serve as subject‑matter expert and external spokesperson on recruitment matters to align with corporate objectives and compliance
- Operate with minimal supervision, exercising latitude on objectives & approaches; responsible for long‑term impact decisions
- 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition
- 5+ years experience with Workday (or similar ATS/HRIS) for posting, tracking, reporting
- 3+ years recruiting in a large multinational organization
- 1+ years working with all levels of management to develop recruiting & sourcing strategies, including resume databases, social recruiting, passive candidate engagement
- 1+ years leading and mentoring within Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., Avature, Sourcepoint)
- Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, data‑driven decisions
- Experience designing creative hiring strategies and driving significant value
- Experience business planning and/or labor forecasting
- Experience driving innovation and process improvements
- Bachelor's preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
Potential travel up to 10%
