Mavagi Enterprises, Inc. | San Antonio, Texas | Full-Time | In-Person
This Role Is Not For Everyone. It Might Be For You.
For over 25 years, Mavagi Enterprises has created meaningful employment for veterans and people with disabilities through federal contracts under the Ability One/JWOD Program. We are a mission-driven, people-first organization and we are looking for an HR Generalist who moves with urgency, takes ownership without being told twice, and genuinely cares about the humans behind the paperwork.
You follow up before you are asked. You notice what others miss and you don't walk past it. You can hold a real conversation with anyone, not because you are working the room, but because people genuinely feel heard when they talk to you. And you know how to close. You move things forward and you own your decisions.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
