Bilingual Construction Recruiter

Join a rapidly growing mid-sized construction firm specializing in large healthcare and data center projects. • Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience in construction, skilled trades, or related field-based roles
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional communication skills in both languages
• Proven success sourcing and attracting hard-to-find construction and trades talent
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment
• Comfortable working 100% in-office in San Antonio, with ability to travel occasionally for training and off-site hiring events

• Experience recruiting in the electrician trade is helpful but not required
• Excellent relationship-building and follow-through abilities

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of skilled trades and construction roles
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using diverse recruiting channels including job boards, networking, and social media
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize openings and deliver qualified candidates efficiently
• Conduct candidate outreach and interviews bilingually to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Track recruiting metrics and meet established hiring goals consistently
