Human Resources Manager

Tarvos Talent is seeking a hands-on, people-focused HR leader to build and lead an internal HR function as they continue to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work directly with ownership, strengthen existing processes, and help shape the company’s people strategy while maintaining a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

• Build, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Oversee employee relations, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Lead onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage HR administration and systems, including ADP/PEO processes.
• Support field-based employees and operational leaders across multiple locations.
• Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Partner directly with ownership to identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and drive HR initiatives forward.

• 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong hands-on generalist background.
• Experience in construction, trades, safety management, or field services required
  .
• Experience building and improving HR processes in a growing organization.
• Familiarity with ADP or comparable HRIS/PEO platforms.
• Strong communication, employee relations, and conflict-resolution skills.
• A self-starter who is comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR responsibilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred.
