OverviewApplied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team of Subject Matter Experts to conduct higher headquarters assessments for U.S. Army installations. The Data Analyst will gather computerized crime and incident statistical information, develop analytical tools, and present findings to government stakeholders, making course‑of‑action recommendations to reduce or eliminate crime and incidents.
Responsibilities- Gather and analyze crime and incident data from installations, regions, and stakeholders.
- Create tools and products that enable stakeholders to parse data and present analysis verbally and numerically.
- Conduct risk‑management framework analysis for networked law‑enforcement systems such as E‑911 and dispatch.
- Research vendor solutions for centrally managed end items, including special‑purpose vehicles, biometric systems, and non‑lethal weapons.
- Assess and analyze overall physical security, operations, and information security: access control, sensors, intrusion detection, perimeter defense, vehicular barriers, relationships with local law enforcement, security‑force training, and documentation.
- Industry/DoD experience as a data analyst.
- Experience in environmental, health, and safety analysis.
- Secret clearance.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or degree in Project Management.
