We are seeking an experienced professional in OIM 11g components (Access Management, Provisioning, Direct Servers, etc.).

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating the team to effectively implement and execute work across functional teams.
• Conducting periodic meetings and preparing/presenting status reports to senior management.
• Delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
