Cloud Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer in San Antonio, TX! MSO/SCI clearance required.

• Assess the existing cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements to align with federal government standards and best practices.
• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, including diagrams, operation procedures, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with the security operations team to ensure compliance with federal government security requirements.
• Conduct regular cloud infrastructure audits to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Optimize cloud service utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based services.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to personnel as needed.
• Coordinate with other federal agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and technologies.

Clearance
:
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or administration.
• Knowledge of a variety of cloud platforms and technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of federal government security requirements, including FISMA and FedRAMP.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
